Kanban

Explicit policies
One of the six basic Kanban practices. This means that after the processes are established and the team has agreed on certain policies and criteria, they should be well known and visible to everyone (for example, displayed on the board).

A kanban board is a physical or digital board on which all team work is visualized through tickets. There are three main columns (stages): "Done", "In Progress" and "Done". It aims to align team members and display workload, progress, and obstacles to outline areas for improvement.
Kaizen
Most often used in a ban or Scrumban, Kaizen can be conducted at a set interval (for example, after so many blog posts) and/or when a team member feels the need to explore some part of the agile process. In essence, this means "continuous improvement" or "change for the better."
Lean methodology
It is a way to optimize work processes, efforts, and people in an organization in order to create more value for the customer. Lean is based on two main principles: continuous improvement and respect for people. The focus is on eliminating non-value-adding activities.
Ejection-based systems and pull-based systems
In an extraction-based system, team members will extract items from the priority backlog, instead of shifting work to them whenever external requests arrive. This gives the team more control over the "how" of their internal process.
